We all know the Red Hot Chili Peppers, but I want to hopefully introduce you to a song of theirs that you maybe haven’t heard before, and if you have heard this, I commend you. Quixoticelixer (what a mouthful) was released as a bonus track on their 1999 album Californication. Take a listen:
It’s a legendary album, and even the bonus tracks are great. Hopefully you hadn’t heard that before, and it introduced you to yet another great Chili Peppers song. I for one respect the bands’ decision not to succumb to Glee, after they turned down an offer to have their music featured on the show because it felt “emotionally displaced.” Their new album is scheduled to come out near the end of August this year. Get ready.
