Here’s the first single from 27-year-old Kobi Onyame’s album. Inner City Lights blends Alastair Merrick’s (Sixpeopleaway) gentler voice with heavier background synths and Kobi’s clever rap verses. Saukrates also joins us and spits a few bars. Some people may find the song strange and unbalanced because of the two extremely different tones, but it could also provide a perfect balance. Whatever you think, I love the rap, particularly Kobi’s, so it’s definitely worth a listen.
